We are doing a long run from North Newton canal side car park, meet 9.30am, breakfast after at the café…… distances from 6 miles up !!!

Let’s get the Autumn running season underway with a bang…. And a bit of fun and competition!

Please meet at the track latest 6.30 if possible as we will need to explain what we are doing, and then head out to Longrun ….. promise it is not complicated!

The Rogers family from Burnham…. Charlotte you know from training with us, her brother Oscar with the juniors, also her other sister and Dad, have all qualified for the World age group tri in Rotterdam, now that’s an expensive family outing!
