Ben came away with another amazing performance in the Javelin, securing a fabulous gold after the most amazing season.  Well done to Ben and his coach Simon on a terrific summer!

Abby walked her way to a new PB and a silver medal in the 5000m race walk… An amazing achievement for Abby and her race walking coach Steve - what a fantastic result!
